Refund Policy

At StartupSeven, we have full faith and confidence in our various range of services, solutions and we constantly make an effort to live up to our customer’s expectations. Hence, we have experienced negligible instances of refunds.

Following points are to be kept in mind while placing a request for the refund for any service:

  1. If any user changes their original requirements that were mentioned at the time of purchase, any change must be intimated to StartupSeven within 24 Hours of payment of service through an E-mail (refunds@StartupSeven.in) and in such case, a credit note will be issued after the deduction of any fees paid to Government and professional fees accrued. The amount credited can be used for availing any other service by StartupSeven as per the change in the original requirements but cannot be withdrawn.
  2. If the requested documents and information are not provided on time for the completion of a particular service or there are unnecessary delays in providing requested inputs, in such a case, no request for refund will be entertained by StartupSeven, owing to the time invested in the consultancy provided.
  3. Force Majeure event such as war, riots, fire, flood, hurricane, typhoon, earthquake, lightning, explosion, strikes, lockouts, slowdowns, prolonged shortage of energy supplies or any central or state governmental action prohibiting or impeding the performance/provisions of services shall not amount to any breach of Service, contract for cessation, interruption, or delay on the part of StartupSeven and hence no refund will be initiated considering the aforesaid circumstances.
  4. After completion of the service as per the scope of work, no refund will be initiated.

StartupSeven shall not be liable to refund any amount over and above the fee paid by the user for any specific service.

Refund in case of Subscription Services

In case, you decide to revoke your consent to the recurring payment instructions for any reasons, you need to intimate us via an e-mail (refunds@StartupSeven.in) at least 30 days in advance. If no such intimation is made within the said period, StartupSeven shall not be liable for any charges applied to your account.
For Example: if your subscription renewal date is the 1st day of each month and you have intimated us on the 25th day of July for the revocation of the subscription, your subscription and the charges will continue till the end of the month of August and shall be cancelled thereafter.

Subscription services are services tied up in a bundle for various time frames i.e. monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, in case of a request for cancellation of any service, no refunds or credit will be provided for any unutilized portion of the services or for any previous subscription periods.

Order Cancellation

The main objective of our organisation is to provide best services and achieve customer’s satisfaction. However, certain reasonable & unavoidable circumstances may lead to the cancellation of order which can be proceeded for as per the below mentioned conditions:

●Cancellation on client’s initiative:

Where the client wishes to cancel any order placed with us due to any factor for which our organization is solely responsible like any undue delay or human error or any other reasonably accepted reasons, he may proceed for such cancellation of order within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the creation of such order.

Owing to the fact that the Services being offered on the Platform are corely professional services, the payment of the same cannot be refunded once the professional has initiated work on the same or the government fee has been paid by the professional or the service has been initiated.

●Cancellation on Company’s initiative:

If the client is not able to provide the documents or the information required for the processing of order. or has been unreachable for more than 30 days, despite of numerous attempts for our side to contact either through email, phone or SMS, the company shall be paid its due payment with respect to the concerned service.

In case of the cancellation of order and refund request thereof for any service, which in our sole discretion, holds reasonably valid, is placed with us, within 24 hours of making the payment through an E-mail (refunds@StartupSeven.in), we may initiate a refund within 2-3 working days (with or without deduction of a cancellation fee (@20% of the professional fee and the fees paid to government authorities, if any).

All refunds, cancellations, returns on Service are the sole prerogative and discretion of the Company and no such action or decision shall be the right of the User without Company’s acceptance and approval.
